IRC is dedicated to the sole treatment of patients with Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation needs. We strive to provide the highest quality rehabilitative care to patients through our specialty training, experience, and personal interest in the care of post-acute rehabilitation patients.
An essential element in the way we provide care is IRC’s Compliance Program. Our Standards of Conduct is the foundation of that Compliance Program and reflects our culture in how we will treat patients, co-workers and business partners.
Compliance is everyone’s responsibility and we expect all employees and business partners to attest to their commitment to follow the principles outlined in IRC’s Standards of Conduct.
Though the Standards of Conduct is not a detailed explanation of each and every process necessary to provide the care we aim to provide, it does outline IRC’s commitment to legal and ethical practices. IRC’s Compliance Program provides the specific policies and procedures and additional detail necessary to help prevent, detect and correct any possible fraud, waste or abuse.
The majority of IRC providers are Board Certified or eligible for Board Certification. In addition, we participate in the Merit-based Incentive Payment System (MIPS), part of the Quality Payment Program from the Department of Health and Human Services.
IRC Providers must attest to follow the Code ofConduct and agree to support the Compliance Program and report any potential mistakes or wrong-doing to the IRC’s Compliance Officer and proper authority when needed. IRC does not condone retaliation against those who report potential non-compliance issues in good faith.
We appreciate your commitment to IRC’s Code of Conduct and its Compliance Program.
Please contact our TellUs Confidential Compliance Reporting Hotline with any comments, questions or concerns.

Integrated Rehab Consultants (IRC) is the largest physiatry group in the country. Physiatry, also known as Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R), is a branch of medicine that aims to enhance and restore functional ability (bone, brain, neuromuscular experts) and quality of life. Our physiatrists partner with skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) and inpatient rehab facilities (IRFs) to optimize therapy treatment plans; focusing on managing pain, functional rehabilitation and recovery for patients with physical and cognitive impairments or disabilities, we can help patients discharge quicker and safer.
