As the end of 2019 approaches, we want to thank all of you for being part of our IRC family. We appreciate all of your hard work, commitment, and dedication to our patients – it’s this hard work and determination that’s helped make 2019 a fantastic year!
When we started IRC in 2010, we couldn’t have imagined all of the amazing people we would come to know and the difference we could make in the lives of our patients, physicians, employees, and Skilled Nursing Home Partners.
It’s an honor to be the largest and most trusted physiatry group in the nation, and even more so because we’ve achieved this by sticking to our founding values; to build a transparent, honest practice focused on our patients, partners, and providers.
2019 was not an easy year in healthcare. We faced changes in insurance plans, carriers, buyouts and mergers, new PM&R groups emerging, and the Medicare rollout of the Patient-Driven Payment Model (PDPM). Thank you for sticking with us and our focus to provide the highest quality rehabilitative care to our patients and facilities through our specialized training, experience, and personal interest in the care of post-acute rehabilitation patients.
We know there is still plenty to achieve in 2020 and see next year lined up with more successes and great achievements! We have some exciting new resources we have been working on for not only our IRC providers but for our SNF Partners as well, and we can’t wait to roll them out in 2020!
